Success for us would only be partial when the hiring decision is made and confirmed – to us it will be complete once the successful candidate is on board, playing a significant leadership role, to the client’s satisfaction.

In the event the hired candidate resigns for any reason within a pre-determined and agreed upon period of time, Lupiano Executive Search would redo the search at no additional professional fee. Out-of-pocket expenses normally associated with the search would be billed to the client at cost. This level of warranty is rare in retained search organizations globally.
