MIKE LUPIANO:
PRINCIPAL
Mike is the Principal of Lupiano Executive Search. Having spent the past ten plus years working in association with Morgan Leadership Search, Mike brings his considerable experience and knowledge – with a focus on talent management – to our clients and candidates. In establishing Lupiano Executive Search, Mike is continuing his legacy of hands-on search involvement with a great many local organizations. He also offers our clients well over thirty years of Canadian and international human resources and executive search experience. Mike spent these thirty years as the Chief Human Resources executive for several global technology organizations, building and leading teams of international HR and business partners in various high technology sectors.
A sense of community is important to Mike, both philanthropically and practically. He has been on a number of Boards and continues to be on several local not-for-profit Boards focused on social services and pediatric health care. Mike is a graduate of Carleton University (Psychology/Law majors) and has his Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. He is a member of the Human Resources Practitioners Association of Ontario (HRPA), and the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE).
Nicole is a Senior Search Consultant with Lupiano Executive Search. Fluently bilingual, her background includes executive search, learning & development and operations. Prior to this, Nicole was the Vice-President and Shareholder of Renaud Foster Management Consultants, a boutique Executive Search firm in Ottawa, which was purchased in 2014 by Odgers Berndtson Canada. She has led and co-led hundreds of local and national executive searches for CEOs and Senior Management for the Not-for-Profit, Association, Private and Public sectors including Crown Corporations and GIC appointments. Previously, she led the Learning & Development department for Dell Canada in Ottawa, and Primus Automotive (a division of Ford Credit Canada). At Ford Credit, Nicole spent 18 years in operations, management and Human Resources.
She is also the founder of NP Consulting, a resume and interviewing preparation coaching firm. For the past 6 years, Nicole has been a Board member for Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services and is Chair of the Governance and HR Committee. She will soon be transitioning to the Board of the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre, another not-for-profit Board which focuses on Youth Addiction. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ottawa University.

CHRISTINE MCLARTY CROSSMAN:
ASSOCIATE
Christine brings thirty years of consulting experience with expertise in leadership assessment, personal development planning, career-pathing and executive coaching, recruitment and selection tools and processes, the design and delivery of organization-wide 360 feedback programs, individual and team effectiveness assessment, performance management, executive succession planning, group facilitation, workplace assessment and team development.
She has worked with public and private sector clients in Canada, the US and Europe, and has led workshops and planning sessions attended by participants from all over Europe. Christine has provided one-on-one coaching to managers and executives from multiple countries and has worked in the Canadian public sector at the federal provincial and municipal levels.
Christine has an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree, is a psychometrist qualified to administer and interpret a number of relevant psychometric tools, and is a qualified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, among other psychometric tools. Christine has dual citizenship for Canada and the UK.
